Standard Material of Construction (MOC)
Body & Bonnet: Ductile iron ASTM A536 (65-45-12), with computer-controlled cooling to improve impact resistance and maintain consistent mechanical properties.
Wedge Disc: Fully encapsulated with food-grade EPDM/NSF 61 rubber to provide reliable bubble-tight sealing and support long-term sealing performance.
Stem Assembly: CNC-machined AISI 420/304 stainless steel, with optional 316 stainless steel, featuring rolled threads for smooth operation and reduced operating torque.
Anti-Corrosion FBE Coating: Applied through automated electrostatic spray lines with a minimum coating thickness of 250 microns. Each coated valve undergoes 100% high-voltage holiday testing to detect coating discontinuities and pinholes.
