Production & Process Control
Critical components and production processes are controlled according to defined product specifications.
For applicable products, machining, grinding and assembly processes are used to maintain dimensional accuracy, component fit and consistent product configuration.
Before production, agreed specifications can be reviewed to ensure that the product configuration, markings and packaging match the customer's requirements.
NONFIR has dedicated equipment for applicable pressure, strength and tensile testing.
Testing parameters and acceptance criteria are established according to the specific product specification and applicable requirements.
Finished products are also inspected before packing. Depending on the product, inspection may cover:
- Product model and configuration
- Critical dimensions
- Component assembly
- Product identification and markings
- Appearance
- Applicable test results
- Packaging requirements
Batch Consistency
NONFIR supports repeat production through defined product specifications, controlled production processes, dedicated assembly equipment and applicable testing procedures.
For recurring orders, customers can establish requirements for product configuration, identification and packaging so that subsequent batches remain consistent with the approved product.
OEM orders may involve customer-specific specifications, drawings, markings, packaging and inspection requirements.
Before production, NONFIR can review and confirm the agreed:
- Product specification
- Technical drawings
- Product configuration
- Marking requirements
- Packaging requirements
- Inspection requirements
- Certification requirements
Once confirmed, these requirements are incorporated into the production and inspection process.
For certified products, changes to dimensions, materials, components or construction are evaluated against the applicable certification requirements.
Certification & Pre-Shipment Inspection
The NONFIR K5.6 sprinkler achieved FM certification in 2025. For certified products, buyers can request the applicable product model, certification information and relevant documentation before placing an order.
Where a project requires FM, UL, GB or another specific certification, the required product and certification scope should be confirmed before production.
For wholesale and project orders, customers can also provide their own inspection checklist or specific pre-shipment requirements. The agreed inspection scope can cover product quantity, model, dimensions, identification, packaging and applicable testing requirements.
